Additional minutes supplied by R J Bailey:- Dear all please find below the minutes from last nights meeting. The theme for fancy dress for the weekend away was discussed once again. ome members where unaware that the theme had been changed and obviously has left them only two weeks to obtain new costumes or put up with existing costumes made / purchased. One point of note, which was raised during last months AGM and indeed the AGM of 2003, was important information should be communicated via telephone on a one to one basis and not hope people open their e-mails in time to agree or disagree with items raised / changed. An agreement was made on a solution to the above problem. The theme would still be "school days" but opened up to include "High School days" as well This therefore can accommodate those wishing to dress in 50 fifties style clothing from say Rydel High in 1959.
