Extract from a recent Alan Darv communication... Dear SIT members, You will not believe this. Not only has my current wife, Jackie that is, erred most severely with the timing of Matthew's birthday celebrations. Which as you all know, was the cause of my uncharacteristic absence from the last SIT meeting. But, wait for it, she has only booked a holiday with a departure date of 23rd May 2000, meaning that, I will again be an absentee for the next meeting!! I am of course totally devastated by this extremely regrettable, but perhaps more worrying, suspiciously apparent wilful disrespect of the recent preset, I say preset, SIT meeting commitment dates. I hereby offer my most sincere advance apologies. In order that this wholly unsatisfactory sequence of events can be avoided at all cost in the future, ( not just by me, but by all SIT members, be warned ) I would appreciate the advice and comments of my fellow SIT members.
